You thought the drama ended after the credits rolled on Sam Jones' Wilco documentary I Am Trying To Break Your Heart, with Jeff Tweedy in sole command of the Wilco ship and Jay Bennett off making solo records and being kinda bitter.
But no! The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that Bennett has filed suit against Tweedy for unpaid royalties and performance fees—from the documentary! Somebody should make a documentary about the documentary lawsuit.
As reported earlier, the new Wilco album (called Wilco (The Album)) is due out in June, and a concert DVD, Ashes Of American Flags, just came out.
