While one of Will Arnett’s Netflix shows about a sad dude—the one in which he plays an animated horse—got rave reviews, the other, less-well received one seemed to hang in limbo, without a second season renewal. Well, fear no more Flaked-heads, the Venice-set sort of comedy will return for a second season. The news was announced on Flaked’s social media accounts.
Flaked will be back in 2017, Deadline noted. At yesterday’s Netflix TCA presentation, Flaked seemed to be the rare one of the streaming service’s shows to be on the verge of not getting renewed. According to Twitter reports, CCO Ted Sarandos indicated that Netflix had not yet ruled yea or nay. Well, apparently the “yea” came very quickly after that statement. And, thus, Flaked joins Real Rob in getting another try.
