Will & Grace’s Leslie Jordan says the revival’s already received a 10-episode order
That brief, civic-minded Will & Grace reunion from late last year might have kicked off a proper revival of the popular sitcom, in addition to urging people to get out and vote. In an interview with San Diego radio station KBPS, recurring guest star Leslie Jordan says NBC’s already given out a 10-episode order. Jordan played Karen Walker’s pint-size archnemesis Beverley Leslie, who had all of her wealth and high-falutin’ airs but none of her height. When asked about the series, Jordan said “It’s back. Here’s the way it works: [NBC] has ordered 10 [episodes]. It’ll be for next season, so they’ll go in in July.” NBC hasn’t responded to Jordan’s statements, but rumors of Will & Grace’s return have been floating around since at least October. And last month, Will Truman himself, Eric McCormack, told The A.V. Club that the cast and network are “in discussions for that at the moment, and the four of us [McCormack, Debra Messing, Megan Mullally, and Sean Hayes] would love for that to happen.”
