With “Grammy,” Australian rapper Allday hopes to make inroads into the U.S.

Unlike some other Australian rappers, Allday is only getting more popular in the States. He’s already fairly popular down under, with sold-out tours and No. 1 singles, but with a new label, Wind-Up Records, and a new mixtape on the horizon, he could be poised to break into the U.S. marketplace. Judge for yourself, though, with “Grammy,” one of the tracks off that aforementioned mixtape. Though it opens with some of the rapper’s “hilarious” chatter, it quickly kicks into some pretty dope beats, as well as some aspirational lyrics about winning a Grammy.
