Wrapped Up In Books, The A.V. Club's monthly book club, has made its next selection: Cormac McCarthy's 1985 novel Blood Meridian. (Blood Meridian, Or The Evening Redness In The West, if you want the full title.) Panelist Leonard Pierce chose this pick, McCarthy's breakthrough novel. It's a brutal, lyrical trip through the American west and should make for a lively discussion.
