X-Men: Apocalypse has been rather divisive when it comes to critical reception. Our own Ignatiy Vishnevetsky said that it “delivers borderline-psychedelic displays of superpowered insecurity”—which may or may not be a compliment. And that “much of what makes X-Men: Apocalypse legitimately interesting also makes it frustrating and lopsided”—which definitely isn’t one. But never fear, X-Men fans. Here’s something we can all agree on: These Adventure Time characters drawn as X-Men are super adorable.
Illustrator and graphic artist Katie Goodrich posted the crossover collection to her website. She finds some natural connections between characters, like Flame Princess as the fiery Phoenix, Jake as the animalistic Wolverine, and Lumpy Space Princess, naturally, as Storm.
