It's already been a challenging week for the future overlord of satellite radio, and now one-half of it, XM Radio, faces a lawsuit from music publishers who say XM's download service violates their copyrights. XM already pays royalties to broadcast these songs, but the publishers say that doesn't cover the permanent files users can record from XM's broadcasts.
