We won’t give too much away about this clip hosted exclusively at Guardian, other than to say that it wrings some surprising pathos out of Bell’s relationship with an oozing blob of flesh (no, not Dax Shephard, Mr. Comedian), and that if you’ve ever lost a pet—and your insides aren’t a smoking crater of cynicism—you might actually find yourself tearing up a little.
