Yes, Bob Odenkirk, there is a new Afghan Whigs record coming out this year

Bob Odenkirk was right. Today, Sub Pop confirmed that there is indeed a new Afghan Whigs record due out later this year, which would be the band’s first in 16 years. Do To The Beast is due out April 15, right around the band’s Coachella appearances, and will mark the band’s return to the Seattle indie label.
