Yes, that's definitely who it looks like in the Daredevil season 3 trailer

In pretty much all of the marketing for season three of Netflix’s Daredevil, we’ve only seen Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock either in civilian clothes or in the Frank Miller-style vigilante costume he wore in season one. This full trailer makes it clear why that is: Somebody else is running around Hell’s Kitchen with the classic Daredevil costume, but he’s working with a much more lethal approach than the real version of ol’ Hornhead. This coincides with the new tactic Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk is taking, as he’s out of prison now and trying to convince the public that Daredevil is a menace (maybe he dreams of running The Daily Bugle).

Of course, it doesn’t take much work to figure out who the evil Daredevil really as, since there’s really just one guy in the Marvel universe who can go toe-to-toe with Matt Murdock in terms of throwing things with a superhuman-level of accuracy. Netflix has confirmed that the man in the mask is Wilson Bethel, who is playing Benjamin Poindexter—a name used by the mercenary Bullseye. This is making good on a tease from back in season one, which hinted that Bullseye was working with Fisk, and it means that Deborah Ann Woll’s Karen Page might want to watch her back.

Daredevil returns to Netflix on October 19.
