Another Period's Bellacourts battle opioids, strike for suffrage in the season 3 trailer

The third season of Another Period arrives January 23, and with it once again comes a slew of wry, turn-of-the-century historical satire courtesy of Riki Lindhome and Natasha Leggero. This season, Newport, Rhode Island’s dim Bellacourt sisters will once again battle women’s suffrage, their plain sister, and any sort of taboo associated with incest, all while trying to become fabulously famous. It’s all delightfully stupid, and, as you’ll see in the trailer below, this season even features a dangerously erotic bathing costume carriage wash. Risqué!

Though the show has always boasted a wealth of guest stars, season three’s cup runneth over, with scheduled appearances from Jemaine Clement, Thomas Lennon, Chelsea Peretti, Patton Oswalt, Richard Riehle, Paul Scheer, John Early, Kate Berlant, Paul F. Tompkins, Beth Stelling, Matt Walsh, Doug Benson, Steve Agee, Bridget Everett, Fortune Feimster, Kate Flannery, Tom Lenk, Samm “The Ma’am” Levine, Randy Liedtke, Andy Kindler, David Koechner, Gil Ozeri, Vincent Rodriguez III, Rory Scovel, Jimmy O. Yang, Rachel Blanchard, Lauren Bowles, and Gilles Marini.

The first two seasons of Another Period are streaming now on Comedy Central’s website, as well as on the Comedy Central App.
