Community goes there and back again with epic new trailer

With Community’s return to TV only about three weeks away, excitement among the #SixSeasonsAndAMovie crowd has reached a fever pitch. Following up on that recent teaser establishing Jeff Winger's return to Greendale, this new, Hobbit-inspired trailer will only stoke that frenzy, as it follows the Greendale gang’s tumble into the Darkest Timeline. Other revelations include the emergence of an Ass Crack Bandit on campus, a particularly fervent “pop pop” from Magnitude, and confirmation that Chang has masturbated in the study room—though, c’mon, we all knew that.

Community returns Thursday, Jan. 2 on NBC.
