The backlash against former That ’70s Show and The Ranch star Danny Masterson continues today, with Deadline reporting that Masterson has been dropped by his agents at UTA. The news comes not long after Masterson was fired from his role on the Netflix sitcom, over multiple accusations of rape that have been levied against him by a number of women over the years.
According to Deadline, the split with UTA might have come some time ago, but is only being publicly reported now. Masterson has long denied the allegations against him, which at this point have come from as many as five different women, and were amplified in the wake of Hollywood’s recently evolving approach toward alleged survivors reporting harassment and sexual assault.
