Freeform's superpowered teen drama Cloak & Dagger is arriving in June, but there's a new sneak peek out tonight

We’ve got a fresh release date tonight for Marvel’s latest TV effort, with Deadline reporting that Freeform’s Cloak & Dagger series will arrive on TVs on June 7. The network also released a new clip for the upcoming series, showing off the chemistry between stars Olivia Holt and Aubrey Joseph—along with some Lucien Parker and a little light theft.

Cloak & Dagger is one of several teen-focused dramas that Marvel has been developing in recent months, as the company (and its various friendly networks and streaming services) attempt to carve out a market with a younger audience as interested in romance and drama as quips and explosions. Most notably, Hulu debuted Runaways back in November, while Marvel recently renewed the mutant-based The Gifted for a second season. (Meanwhile, Freeform gave up its option to air the similarly teen-focused New Warriors late last year.)
