Get your android sheep and watch the star-studded trailer for Amazon's Electric Dreams

Netflix has Black Mirror and Hulu is getting the Stephen King-inspired Castle Rock, and it looks like Amazon is ready to compete with both of them thanks to Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dream, an anthology series telling stories based on the work of the eponymous sci-fi writer. As seen in this trailer, Electric Dreams has a star-studded cast to go along with its sci-fi pedigree, with Bryan Cranston, Steve Buscemi, Anna Paquin, Terrence Howard, Janelle Monáe, and Greg Kinnear, all popping up for some futuristic fun. The show’s name is a nod to Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep?, the novel that was adapted into Blade Runner, but it doesn’t look like this show is going to bother competing with that movie or its new sequel.

Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams will premiere on Amazon Prime in 2018.
