Curb Your Enthusiasm wrapped its ninth season with Larry in a real pickle, a conundrum that HBO wants to see resolved sooner than later. Deadline reports that the premium cabler has renewed Larry David’s cringe comedy for a 10th season.
“We are thrilled that Larry will be back with his uniquely acerbic wit and comedic sensibility,”said HBO president Casey Bloys. Responding in typically dry fashion, David said “when one has the opportunity to annoy someone, one should do so.” That’s the same promise that’s hung in the air since Curb ended its 8th season in 2011, but this time, David and the rest of the team seems ready and and raring to go: Deadline indicates that production will start in spring 2018.
