Not only does the Eli Roth-produced series star Alexander Skarsgard’s younger sibling Bill, it proves it’s definitely not your big brother’s sexed-up monster show by boasting right up front of its “Mild Fornication, Fellatio, Heavy Cocaine Use, Lesbian Necrophilia, and Violent Hemorrhaging”—and that’s just in this NSFW trailer, which is definitely heavier on the gore and crazy shit than that first, early teaser. You’ll also get vomiting, maggot-ridden corpses, people eating bloody worms, a werewolf bursting out of someone’s face, Nazis, and Famke Janssen looking generally evil, all in a show that seems determined to make the most of the lack of content restrictions on Netflix.
