Netflix has announced its January 2018 offerings just in time to help you narrow down your New Year’s viewing resolutions.
Season two of One Day At A Time, which made The A.V. Club’s best of TV 2017 list, premieres January 26, giving you slow adopters plenty of time to catch up. Other Netflix originals include Lovesick (née Scrotal Recall), which debuts its third season on January 1, and Grace And Frankie, which returns January 19. And you can gear up for a new season of Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee, which recently made the jump over from Crackle, on January 5. But if you’d rather just hold your own Run The Series at home, several movie franchises are being added, including The Godfather, Lethal Weapon, and Bring It On series.
But just like all the bad habits you’ll undoubtedly shed once the clock strikes midnight on January 1, Netflix will say goodbye to dozens of current offerings like Mean Girls, Pulp Fiction, Forrest Gump, Fantasia, a bunch of Saw movies, and seasons 7 to 10 of Futurama. Show’s also over for Gremlins, which we’ll remind you is seasonally appropriate viewing, so you might as well get in one last watch over the holidays.
