According to Deadline, the team behind Health Ledger documentary I Am Heath Ledger is re-teaming for I Am Paul Walker, a “comprehensive documentary” about the Fast And Furious star. Like the Ledger documentary, this project is being made for the Paramount Network, née Spike TV, and additional information will be released “in the coming months.” For now, we know it’ll be produced by Derik Murray with I Am Heath Ledger’s Adrian Buitenhuis directing, and it will touch on “Walker’s prolific film career” as well as his “passion for the world’s oceans and marine life.” It will also, naturally, cover the 2013 car crash that killed Walker before filming was finished on Furious 7.
The Paramount Network also has I Am MLK Jr., which was also produced by Derk Murray, set to premiere on April 2.
