Join this trailer for the final season of Portlandia in a silent scream

Portlandia is returning to IFC for its eighth and final season later this month, and this trailer gives us one last glimpse of our weird Oregon friends before that last batch of episodes sends them to the great feminist bookstore in the sky or whatever. The clip teases a number of storylines that will pop up on the show, including an attack on Planned Parenthood, a particularly terrifying escape room, and a goth funeral. There’s also a surprising amount of violence for Portlandia, though the show has been known to play pretty loosely with reality from time to time.

The new—and final—season of Portlandia will premiere on January 18.
