Kanye West sued for sexual harassment
West's ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, is suing the rapper for sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination

Every allegation against Kanye West is somehow more disturbing than the last. The latest suit against the disgraced rapper comes from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who details a distressing pattern of sexual harassment over the course of the one year she worked on season one of his Yeezy women’s fashion line and collaborated on his Donda album, from 2021 until 2022. (According to the BBC, Pisciotta does not have any formal credits on the record.) The court documents were reviewed by Rolling Stone.
Pisciotta says she met West in 2021, during which time he offered her a $1 million salary to be his “Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant,” on the condition that she be available to him “24-7.” At the time, Pisciotta claims she was making around $1 million annually on OnlyFans, which West was okay with at first. Eventually, however, he allegedly asked her to delete the account in exchange for $1 million, because he wanted her to be “God like.” This is when the alleged harassment started.
According to the filing, West then began to send his employee a barrage of sexually explicit text messages and occasionally masturbated while discussing work-related matters on the phone with her. Per Rolling Stone, some of these graphic messages read as follows:
“See my problem is I be wanting to fuck but then after I fuck I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fucked while I’m fucking them… Then I want her to cheat on me.”
