Kumail Nanjiani gets lost on the way to the studio in this week's SNL promo

Among his many talents, stand-up comic and Silicon Valley star Kumail Nanjiani is pretty good at projecting comic befuddlement, something he deploys in droves in the promotional trailer for this week’s episode of Saturday Night Live, which he’s set to host. Nanjiani is fresh off the success of his sad, beautiful romantic comedy The Big Sick, which was a big enough hit to get him an invitation to Studio 8H (if not necessarily precise directions once he entered the building). Underscored by P!nk, who’ll be the musical guest on this week’s episode, it’s a cute, quick dose of smiling silliness, complete with a helpful NBC page and a pretty good Rachel Maddow joke.
