Late last month, Townies became Neighbors, and now the Zac Efron/Seth Rogen comedy has an appropriately wacky trailer. The red-band clip finds Rogen and probably-too-hot wife Rose Byrne attempting to deal with both raising a newborn baby and fighting their obnoxious new neighbors, the rowdy members of the Delta Phi Beta fraternity. Efron, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, and Dave Franco all play members of the frat that apparently has no regard for city noise violations, property lines, or safe fireworks usage. Neighbors is due in theaters May 9, 2014.
