Radiohead announces summer tour dates in U.S. and Canada

In addition to a short string of dates in South America, Radiohead will tour the U.S. and Canada later this year. According to a press release from Nasty Little Man, the British band will kick off its summer tour in Chicago on July 7 before a three-night run at Madison Square Garden. Fans in Montreal, Boston, and Philadelphia will also have multiple dates to choose from; tickets will go on sale February 23.

Following the 2016 release of A Moon Shaped Pool, Radiohead hit up a bunch of festivals in 2017, including Coachella. The band’s weeklong stint at South America’s SUE and Soundhearts Festivals coincides with this year’s Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony, something its members couldn’t care less about. But they’re all presumably free on Oscar night, when they’ll find out if Jonny Greenwood picks up Best Original Score for his work on Paul Thomas Anderson’s Phantom Thread.
