The trailer for Netflix’s reboot of Lost In Space was released earlier this morning, showing off the extensive resources the famously deep-pocketed streaming service has put into creating “dramatic and modern” CGI landscapes for the “lost planet” onto which the Robinson family crashes in the beginning of the first episode. It also shows off the design of the new “robot,”which was notably left out of the show’s initial teaser trailer, reimagined here as a mysterious extraterrestrial being with the voice box of a Deceptacon.
The new Lost In Space—now with 100 percent less camp, and 100 percent more Parker Posey—debuts on Netflix on April 13.
