The sixth season of The Mindy Project promises to parade all of Mindy’s exes before Ben’s (Bryan Greenberg) and our eyes, because, as Dr. Lahiri notes, “I’m married, but I’m not buried.” So while she figures out exactly how she feels about being married to bland but adorable nurse Ben, she runs into Brendan (Mark Duplass), Peter (Adam Pally), Jody (Garret Dillahunt), and yes, even Cliff (Glenn Howerton). But the final season of the show won’t just be about those romantic loose threads—Mindy is feeling more confident and in control than ever. She brags about her great job, kid, and the impending arrival of more Will & Grace (“now bitchier!”). We’ll see how long she sticks with that story when The Mindy Project returns to Hulu on September 12.
