Concerts of any genre are hotbeds of unwanted contact, but do not for a second think about being a creep at a Drake show. At an Australian after-party recently, Drake stopped “Know Yourself” dead in its tracks to lean out in the crowd and tell some dude to knock it the fuck off. “Yo, stop that shit. If you don’t stop touching girls, I will come out there and fuck you up,” he says pointedly to some dude, while the rest of the audience freaks the fuck out. “I’m not playing. If you don’t stop putting your hands on girls, I’m going to come out there and fuck your ass up.”
The video, captured by Louise Sukari, wheels around to try to find a shot of the offender, but it’s mostly just the crowd going nuts, because seriously, fuck whoever that guy out there was. It’s great to see someone of Drake’s prominence pointedly make his show more welcoming to women, and actively unwelcoming to skeevy dudes. The video ends with a Metro Boomin drop and Drake doing some corny dance moves, because he is Drake, a good and corny guy.
