-“You’re keeping a nice pace.”
-“Okay! Big arm movements!”
-“Now let’s work on the other side.”
-“Visualize your ideal body.”
-“Five minutes left.”
-“With the remote in your hand, get down on all fours.”
-“Can you feel it in your glutes?”
-“You’re shaking a little.”
-“Now return to your original position.”
-“Very stable. Well done.”
